أُسِّسَتْ شركة تطوير لوساطة الأوراق المالية المساهمة طبقا لأحكام قانون النشاط التجاري رقم 23 لسنة 2010 م والتشريعات المنظمة لسوق المال في ليبيا وتهدف الشركة إلى استثمار أموالها في الأسهم والأوراق المالية الأخرى، كما يدخل ضمن أغراضها القيام بأعمال الوساطة المالية وتنفيذ أوامر الشراء والبيع والتسويات المالية وتكوين وإدارة محافظ الأوراق المالية وصناديق الاستثمار وتقديم الاستشارات الفنية والخدمية للشركات الاستثمارية المحلية والدولية وتنفيذ أوامر العملاء ببيع وشراء الأصول المالية المتداولة والأوراق المالية. هذا بالإضافة إلى تمكين المتعاملين مع الشركة من الاكتتاب في الأوراق المالية بسوق الإصدار والتعاون مع الشركات المحلية والأجنبية ذات العلاقة بنشاط. الشركة في مجال تقديم الخدمات المالية داخل وخارج سوق المال الليبي.
